This wallpaper has the original colors with the mermaid right where the artist placed her (on the right side). Modified through cropping.

On many websites wallpapers can be cropped with no offense to the original artists, as a form of preference by a website designer. As long as the wallpaper is allowed for distribution, especially the cc0 category, wallpapers may be modified, mainly by cropping/cutting, without disrespect to the artist. I don't know however, how the artist of this drawing would feel about a reversal of position, to the left; or a change in coloring. The person probably won't mind but who knows?
