Jesus Is Alive!

I went to a Good Friday service earlier today. It focused not only on the terrible death that Jesus Christ endured on the cross, but exactly why He was willing to lay down His life.

This wallpaper is about the happy ending after Jesus's pain and suffering. It is the happy ending for Him, and for us. He arose from the grave alive! He lives!

A beautiful old hymn kept going through my mind as I designed this wallpaper. Perhaps you have heard it before;

"I serve a risen Saviour,
He's in the world today.
I know that He is living,
Whatever men may say,
I see His hand of mercy,
I hear His voice of cheer,
And just the time I need Him,
He's always near.

Christ Jesus lives today.

I accepted Jesus and all that he did for me over 35 years ago. I have never regretted that decision. Life is not easy, but life with Jesus sure makes it easier.
